The body
is your key

I read how a body actually moves — where it's tight, where it compensates, what's holding a movement back — and I build the training around that. Flexibility, mobility, and recovery work, for athletes and for everyone else. Based in Las Vegas, working with people from anywhere.

who I've worked with

Athletes bring me the problem their sport can't solve

Professional and national-team athletes come to me with something specific: a skill that won't score, pain that limits load, a season that can't stop. Three recent cases, briefly.

  • Professional boxing

Shoulder pain, gone in two sessions

A professional boxer came to me with shoulder pain that capped how hard he could train. I found the specific trigger point behind it. Two sessions later the pain was gone and he was back at full intensity.

  • National-team taekwondo

    Competing through an active season

A national-team athlete came to me mid-season with low-back pain and hip impingement — no time to stop and rehab. I built two short sequences, one before training and one after. Four sessions in, he was kicking at full power at European-level camps.

  • Competitive gymnastics

One skill, six weeks, national top 10

A young gymnast couldn't hold her split through a switch-leg leap on beam. The fix was mechanical: inner-thigh activation plus controlled lower-back extension. Six to eight weeks later the skill scored higher in competition — and she broke into the US national top 10 for her level.

A practice that travels

My studio is based in Las Vegas — but the work doesn't stay there. Athletes travel, compete, train across time zones. So do I. Wherever the season takes you, the work continues.

the approach

Not a workout. A conversation with your body.

Tight shoulders aren't a cosmetic problem — they're a signal. Stress, a habit, a compensation pattern. My job is to read those signals and act on them.

I look for the why

Every session starts with questions and physical testing: try this, hold this, tell me what you feel. Only after that do I build the actual program. The label might say Pilates or stretching, because people need a word to search for. What happens on the mat is closer to biomechanics work, one body at a time.

Personal, even in a group

My group classes run on the same intake forms and the same live check-ins as my privates. I know about your old injuries before you step on the mat, and I'd rather you interrupt the class than push through something that feels wrong.

Honest about results

With regular work: a body that feels stronger and more organized, better posture, easier breathing, and the ability to sense what your body needs before it becomes pain. Without regularity I won't promise anything — and I'll tell you that to your face. Weight loss is sometimes a side effect. It's never the goal.

Fitness develops physical qualities. What I do is about getting to know your body — and living in partnership with it.

Who this is for

Serious athletes with something specific in the way, and everyday people who want a body that works. My 80-year-old client maintaining his condition trains on the same principles as the national-team fighter.

Sports and disciplines: gymnastics, dance, boxing, Muay Thai, taekwondo, swimming, tennis, running, karate, desk workers.

Desk workers

Eight hours at a screen leaves its mark — a stiff neck, shoulders up by your ears, a lower back that complains by mid-afternoon. I unwind those patterns and give you mobility and recovery work that fits around a working day.

Athletes

A skill that won't score, pain that limits training load, a season you can't pause. I find the mechanical cause and work around your competition schedule, not against it.

Everybody

No sport, no performance goal — just a body you'd like to understand instead of fight. I work the same careful, individual way with anyone who wants to move and feel better.

  • Memberships

For people who train regularly — because regularity is the one thing I won't compromise on.

the studio

One quiet room in Las Vegas

My studio is small on purpose — my own comparison is a hard-to-find restaurant you end up protecting once you know it exists. Wood, plants, daylight, and nothing extraneous. This is where the private and group work happens; the practice itself travels with my clients.
